I recently discovered yet another cool and absolutely fabululous shopping site. This one differs in that you select your favorite brands and they send you a daily email listing online retailers that have their items on sale. You can choose between brands such as Juicy Couture, Vera Wang, Baby Phat, Steve Madden, True Religion, Ed Hardy, Christian Loubiton, Nine West and many more. You can also choose to receive men's and children's items also. It's another invitation only site so simply leave me  comment or send me your email address and I'll send you an invite.

Tagged: 4 Things

I was tagged by the fab MizzJ from "Being High Maintenance, Not Bitchy". What I have to do is go to the forth folder that I store pics and take the 4th pic and tell you about it.

This is it! Its a pic of my old house with a barricade in front of the boiler room. There was an opening in the floor that led under the house and my cat Guiness would always go under there. I think he was mad at me for moving him to yet another house. The only way to get him from under the house was to lift up the boarded floor in the living room closet that led to the crawl space. This was my attempt at putting something at the door so he wouldn't get in there but some kind of way he was able to move the stuff and squeeze in there. I even nailed the door shut with an L bracket and he magically bent it to open the door. I swear this cat is a human. Well anyway there were mice under there and he would go under there to chase him. I'm grateful to him for that but at the same time I was scared to death something was going to happen to him.

Golden Globe Red Carpet Fashion Show

Although I didn't watch the Golden Globes last night (in all honesty I find it rather boring) I still ran online to view what everyone was wearing on the red carpet. Below are my highlights and lowlights of the nights fashions.

Being well endowed in the top region hasn't stopped me from admireing deep plunging necklines. Anyone else think J.Lo is looking like the OPPOSITE of a 40 something mother of twins? Is she trying to revive her career a la the infamous green dress?

Gossip Girl's Blake Lively. Loving the dress but maybe its a tad too tight Blake?

Bey went simple and sophisticated.

All I have to say is "no comment" to this mess Taraji Henson walked on the carpet with. I know she can do better!

Going Crazy with my 88 Color Palette

Lately I've been all about my 88 Color Palette from Coastal Scents. I can play in it all day!  You can literally come up with any look imaginable and I havnt used any of my Mac or Urban Decay eyeshadows in a while. And I just found out that the palettes are made in China (I thought they were made by Coastal Scents!) and you can order them directly from the source on Ebay. Below is a purple and silver look I did a few days ago as well as a tutorial on a dupe for the Mac Wisteria trio from the Dame Edna collection. Now if only I could get the fake lashes application down I'd be all set!
